Responsible for all customer service functions with customer recognition and interface the most critical element. Accurate computerized checkout is equally important. Duties include, but are not limited to: Requesting, pulling and identifying material from the warehouse for customers and shelf stocking. Store cleanliness both in and outside. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be legally blind and computer literate. Experience in customer service or retail environment preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Position will require a moderate amount of bending and squatting.

Sales Audit Coordinator – Durham Corporate
Under the direction of the Controller, perform sales audit function by reconciling credit card receipts for all channels of the company business; support the AR department by printing and mailing out daily invoices. Book interest, merchant fees, insurance, red cheetah, adp fees as they occur. Review daily bank detail for charge backs, communicate with appropriate manufacturing or retail locations to follow up on resolution, book charges and recoveries, maintain tracking sheet.
QUALIFICATIONS: Two years accounting experience, or 2-4 years accounting degree. Competent with the microsoft suite of applications including excel, word and outlook. Access and erp systems experience a plus. professional communication and interdependet skills. Ability to work on a team or independently.
